Tonight we get to go see the other house. I'm stoked and I'm scared. I'm totally silly as well.

Just gave Stan directions from work to get there. If he gets off at 6 then we can meet sooner.

Our realtor told me that I was the calmest person she has ever had the privilege of working with. I told Stan that and he snorted Coke (the soft drink) out his nose.

Its sad that I had to paren that Coke was soda and not drugs. Shakes head.

She told me that she knew that when we were not in love with the other house that it was not the house for us. We could have fallen in love with it, we could see ourselves living there and entertaining there - but I just could not see us being there very long before we got restless.

I told her we needed a home we could see ourselves living in for the next 20 years. She agreed.

I do agree with her on the calm part. I've only been freaked to Stan, Dita, LJ friends. I've had much support from all.

Yet I have maintained a calm appearance with everything.

She said that the majority of clients are totaly freak-a-zoids on her - calling at all hours, jibbering, bouncing off walls, crying, pacing.

She just doesn't see what goes on here at home. *snickers*

Oh, and I've done so much driving on this whole house thing since Friday and have forgotten appointments - I have the words "Mercury Villager" permanently implanted on my rear end.

I think its time I got a new tatoo and got out of that one. *grins*

Once everything's settled in I need to take a weekend to myself and run away for the weekend. Totally pamper myself. Get pedicure, manicure, hair cut a few inches (not short - I like my hair long - its just getting to out of control long). Maybe get that tatoo, those piercings, and that dye job I want as well.

My entire family will freak out. Except Stan. He thinks that its cool I want the tat and piercings - he just doesn't know about the dye job.

Will update tomorrow about the house. TA!

You need a new computer GF.

Keep prayers and happy thoughts that I will remain calm. Keep prayers and happy thoughts for us that what will be will be and that we find the home for us.

If this is the one, great. If not, on we trudge to find one.

What kind of tatoo?
What will be pierced?
What color will you go with?

Re: What?
Tatoo - to match the one on Stan's arm

Pierced - nose and eyebrow

Color - take the front parts (what would be the bangs if I had them short) and dye black and a funky reddish color (sorta magenta) - like in a row going back, not part way down one color and finish with the other - and then just highlight the rest of my hair.

Re: What?
Maybe because its right on his arm where a t-shirt covers it.

Yes, I know that they use needles.

What about getting a job. A job that would be anything other than working in the mall. Would'nt an eyebrow and nose peircing kinda prohibit that.

Now we've discussed it, I will make phone calls and let you know.

As for Butler Tech (But-tech) for the home inspector ... Classes have already started but I'm sure they will be around again the summer.

Its 36 hours, tuition is $195 and books are $30.

On the web its www.butlertech.org ; to call its 513-645-8200.

I'm gonna go online to find out if they have anything about appraisals. I'm definitely contacting an appraiser though too.

These jobs would be worth working and I can have piercings and colored hair and all. That's IF I truly did the piercings and colored hair. ;)
