O.M.G.

Carolyn brings in pics she took of me at lunch time about a month ago and she just had developed. They are cute but DAY-UM am I fat!

Ok, we are overly critical of ourselves. But when I saw an old friend last night, who told me I still looked good, and HE had lost about 150 lbs in the last 10 years or so and is looking better without all of that weight on him - I feel HUGE.

The photos do NOT lie.

My #1 fast food = pop.

I've TRIED to cut back. I drink maybe one 12 oz per day. Sometimes about 16 oz. But I am not drinking the WATER I need to drink.

Plus I don't get the exercise I need to. I think I would not be so tired if I could exersise more.

Hmmm, I'm thinking more H2O at the office and home, and maybe I can get my beautiful sister in law to come over after work and walk with me and the kids and that gets them out and me moving.

I have the cutest sister in law in the world. Not just physically but mentally - her attitude, and personality, is wonderful and she is contageous. I feel more peppy when she's around.

I will work on one thing at a time - first the change to H2O and then talk to the SIL.

I NEED to get some of this weight off of me!!!! WAAAAAA!!!!!!
