Proud Mama

My little girl is growing up. She no longer needs pull ups at night. Where did my baby girl go?

But I am so proud of her. She did it much quicker than her bro did. That's okay, she has done a LOT of things quicker than he did. Probably because she had him to copy off of.

Now I have an almost complete thing of pull ups sitting there that we won't use to donate to someone.

Re: Give it time
The kids would LOVE hangin with the Boo.

She's already got a hard road in front of her, and we don't want to make it any more complicated than either of us have to.

While I cannot begin to imagine what it is like to parent such a special child, my own sister has her disabilities (mentally about 16 while physically 24) and has had them all of her life - so I can sympathize.

It takes a strong person to parent special children such as these.

To those who do I stand up and say Bravo!!
